Policies

Deposits 25% deposit required for each reserved bird. Bird deposits are non-refundable after 3 days.  All egg deposits are refundable up to hatch date of reserved egg. Once egg is hatched deposit becomes non-refundable. If for any reason I am unable to deliver your bird, deposits are fully refundable or can be put towards the next available egg or bird.

We only sell un-weaned birds to genuinely experienced hand feeders. It may seem simple but if you do not know the correct way and have the proper equipment you can very easily kill a bird.
